The frame work of the constitution describes how the american government should be and still is structured.

Separation of powers are when the constitution and the US have seperate ideas. THey are divided into 3 separeat branches.

limits imposed on all branches of a government by vesting in each branch the right to amend or void those acts of another that fall within its purview.

Individual rights refer to the rights of individuals, in contrast with group rights.its the sanction of independent action.
7. What is federalism? How does this apply to our laws?
Federalism is the government system in which power is divided between national government and other government state or local governments.
8. What is a stature and regulations as it relates to laws?
Statues are laws. Statues can be created by congress as well as by state and local legislatures.
9. What is meant by federal law?
Federal laws are laws created by congress thsat apply to everyone in the U.S. THe are federal laws because theyre created by the federal government.

State laws are laws made by the state legislatures. These laws only apply for thast state.

Legal codes are the rules of the laws made.

Uniforme codes are written by experts and then they are proposed to the state legislature.

A contract its a document that people sign to not get their rights violated and its a proof statement if anything goes wrong.

A contract law is a type of civil law that protects us against broken promises and tricksters.
3. What is meant by aremedy?
Aremedy is some form of legal relief. Legal relied is something that someone is entitled to once it has been legally proven that he deserves it.

Compensation is what you get from the person or company u sued for breaking your contract.

An agreement is a contract law that is made between two people such as a customer and store owner, two business people, and a manufacturer and a buyer. Almost every promise between two parties involving exchange of goods or services.

A procedure are the rules that have to do with lawsuits.

A defendant is the person being sued because the committed a crime.

Civil trial is based on the adversarial system. There are two sides to every argument. Each sides present their position.

A judge determines what the law is that applies to the case.

The jury determines what the facts are and applies the law to the facts as they find them.

An innocent person is the person who is being sued but they didnt committ a crime.

Preponderance of the evidence is the majority of the evidence that supports one side of the case.
15. What is meant by absolute proof?
Absolute proof is the proof the person suing has as an absolute certinty. The absolute proof isnt necessary.

The majority of the evidence is 51%.

a wrongful act, not including a breach of contract or trust, that results in injury to another's person, property, reputation, or the like, and for which the injured party is entitled to compensation
